NOVAARTIS is one of the largest companies producing pallets, wooden packaging and packaging solutions in Romania. In the over 25 years of activity, we have become experts in the field, developing a wide range of standardized or custom made packaging products and solutions.
With over 100 employees, 5 hectares of production facilities and a complete technological flow, from logging to logistic services, NOVAARTIS is a reliable partner for national and international customers.
FSC® certification of raw materials used, continuous investment in modern technology, rigorously applied phytosanitary treatments as well as Certified Production and Environmental Management Systems are the key elements by which the company guarantees the constant quality of its products and competitive prices. The increased flexibility of the production flow through the use of a mix of automatic and manual lines, ensures the rapid assembly of a diverse range of standard or customized wooden packages, allowing them to be customized by logo, text, color or other distinctive elements.

At the same time, the company NOVAARTIS aims not only for the rational use of natural resources but also for adopting production technologies as low as possible and equipping the technological installations that generate pollutants with devices to prevent the harmful effects on the environment. Moreover, considering that it uses wood as a raw material, the company is engaged in reforestation projects, together with various NGOs and Institutions of the Romanian State.
Company history
The road to success begins in 1994 by setting up a small timber production company with only 3 employees. During the next 13 years, the company has invested constantly in the acquisition of perfomante equipments destined for the cutting and processing of the wood, in order to increase the production capacity and the product portfolio. Starting with 2007 the company changes its business approach, by assuming a daring objective: the transformation from a wood processor into a pallet supplier, wood packaging and complete packaging solutions.
12 years later, the company NOVAARTIS is the market leader in pallets and wooden packaging in Romania with over 100 employees, 5 hectares of production and logistics facilities, having the capacity to produce over 100,000 product units monthly. At the same time, NOVAARTIS is the only company in its sector of activity, which has a complete integrated processing flow, from its own forest resources, woodworking equipment and equipment, automatic cutting and assembly lines, rooms for drying and applying heat treatments, deposits for logistics and their own transport fleet. The company is certified EPAL, UIC, ISPM15, FSC®, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO45001. The current portfolio includes a range of over 100 wooden products, a significant part of the production being allocated for euro pallets, non-euro pallets, transport packing kits, industrial wooden boxes, wine and gastronomy boxes as well as other customized packages from wood for various industries.
